- New wiring for the gas fireplace
- New smoke alarm with ten year battery back up
- New carbon monoxide alarms with ten year battery back up
- New arc fault circuit breaker for new wiring and existing wiring
- New exterior spot lights
- Wiring to the new central air conditioning system
An application for inspection was submitted to Southhampton town and a certificate of approval was obtained for the homeowner, and the Southhampton building department.
