- All new wiring was done in type MC cable as per NYC code.
- New 100 amp rated circuit breaker panels were installed.
- Ground fault circuit interrupters were installed as per NYC code.
- All outlets and switches were installed as per NYC code.
- Decora style devices were used throughout.
- New direct circuits were installed for appliances and air conditioners.
- New LED lighting was installed.
- An application for inspection was submitted to the NYC Department of Buildings Bureau of Electrical Control and a certificate of approval was obtained for the property owner.
