The work done was rewiring and upgrading the electrical system following fire and water damage as follows:
Rewiring of kitchen including:
- All new circuits for counter GFI outlets
- New circuit for refrigerator
- New circuit for microwave
- New 40 amp 240v circuit for wall oven
- New 10″ through the wall exhaust fan
- New ceiling fan support boxes
- New 100 amp 30 circuit panel
- New LED lighting
- GFI / AFCI as needed
- All code violations removed
- An application for inspection was submitted and a certificate of compliance was obtained.
