The work involved installing the following:
- All new decora style outlets and switches to the existing wiring throughout the house.
- All of the existing hi hats were updated to new LED hi hats.
- New closet fixtures were installed.
- New LED dimmers were installed.
- New GFI outlets were installed.
- New bathroom exhaust fans were installed.
- New LED exterior flood fixtures with motion detectors were installed.
- New AFCI circuit breakers were installed.
An application for inspection was submitted and a certificate of approval was obtained for the property owner and building department.
