- New (UCL) LED undercabinet lighting in the kitchen
- New outlet for gas fireplace
- New outlet for TV
- New GFI circuit and hook up of whirlpool tub
- New circuit wiring to radiant floor heating in bathroom
- New wiring to skylights
- New 2 gang LED spot lights with motion detector
- New 50-amp GFI protected wiring to hot tub in rear yard
- An application for inspection was submitted and a certificate of approval was obtained
