The job was to rewire three bathrooms, one bedroom and a laundry closet including:
- Removing old wiring and refeeding existing circuits
- New switches, lighting and receptacles required by NYC code, National code and NYS code
- Towel warmers
- LED lighting
- LED dimmers
- Combination light and exhaust units controlled by wall timers
- New GFI outlets
- Relocation of telephone lines
- Outlets for stackable washer dryer
- New circuits to panel
- Inspection by NYC Bureau of Electrical Control and a certificate of compliance obtained
