The work was done as a result of lightning damage.
- Our work began with a check and test of all switches, receptacles, fixtures, appliances and HVAC system.
- All accessible wiring was visually inspected and a megger test was done on all circuits and wiring to identify concealed damage.
- Most of the damaged wiring and fixtures were on the exterior of the house and landscape lighting.
- All of the damaged wiring, fixtures and devices were replaced.
- Arc fault circuit interrupters were installed to ensure safety in the event of concealed defects within the electrical system.
- An application for inspection was submitted, and a certificate of approval was obtained for the property owner.
