It involved replacing the existing building service with a new 800-amp 120/208 volt 3 phase service.
We installed (3) 400-amp services to (3) individual areas of the building.
We installed a Con Ed approved detail box.
The grounding system was also updated.
Basement lighting was done including (4) new 4-foot LED fixtures.
A permit and certificate of approval was obtained from the NYC Bureau of Electrical Control.
