The work involved a total rewire (due to fire damage) to comply with the National Electric code, National Electric Manufacturer (NEMA) guidelines, New York State Residential Code, Utility Company requirements and Town of Oyster Bay Building Code, including:
- Decora outlets and switches
- New LED hi hats
- New bathroom exhaust fans
- GFI outlets and circuit breakers to comply with code
- Arc fault circuit interrupters
- LED dimmers
- Applicance circuits
- Central air conditioning wiring
An application for inspection was submitted and a certificate of approval was obtained for the property owner.
