Our job included fire damage repairs and installation of temporary 120 volt GFI protected circuits needed for mitigation equipment.
- The fire originated in an apartment on the 10th floor.
- The sub feed to the apartment was disconnected from the main service.
- Temporary electric was installed for drying equipment from the second floor to the tenth floor.
- Power was taken from PLP panels on the tenth floor and fifth floor.
- A temporary 100 amp rated panel was installed on the seventh floor.
- GFI protected outlets were installed as needed.
An electrical permit was obtained from the NYC Department of Buildings Bureau of Electrical Control.
