Our work was to rewire four apartments due to extensive water damage.
Our work included all wiring installed to NYC code as follows:
- Type MC cable (#12 AWG minimum)
- New decora style outlets
- New air conditioner outlets
- New GFI counter outlets
- New GFI bathroom outlet
- New bathroom exhaust fans
- New decora style switches
- New 20-amp circuits to kitchen
- New smoke alarms
- New carbon monoxide alarms
- New 60-amp sub feeders
- New 20 circuit panels in apartment
- New arc fault circuit interrupters
- New LED lighting
A permit from the NYC Building Department Bureau of Electrical Control and certificate of approval was obtained.
