- Install new 100-amp 30 circuit panel
- Install new ground to water main
- Install new ground rod and wiring
- Install arc fault circuit interrupters (AFCI)
- Sump pump:
- Install GFI outlet with alarm
Submitted application for inspection and obtained certificate of compliance for property owner and building department.
