It involved water damage restoration work that complies with all code requirements and NEMA standards:
- All existing concealed wiring was megger tested to ensure safety
- Rewiring to current code requirements included second floor bedrooms, first floor living room, bedroom, kitchen, laundry area and basement
- LED lighting was installed
- Tamper resistant outlets were installed
- Arc fault circuit interrupters were installed
- GFI – ground fault circuit interrupters – were installed
- A new 200-amp 40 circuit main circuit breaker panel was installed
- All existing violations were corrected
- An application for inspection and was submitted and a certificate of approval was obtained
