Rewire basement:
- 3-way switches
- LED ceiling fixtures
- Wall fixture
- New decora outlets
- New circuit wiring to panel
- Telephone jacks and wiring
- CATV jack and wiring
- Complete rewire of hot water heating unit (boiler)
- Rewire central air conditioning air handler (240 volt)
- Rewire of all circuits to panel
- Installation of AFCI (arc fault circuit interrupters) and GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupters)
- An application for inspection was submitted and a certificate of approval was issued
