The work done was fire / fire and water damage s including:
- New 200-amp 40 circuit panel
- New 100-amp sub panel
- New generator panel
- Cut back and rewire all circuits to panel
- Install arc fault circuit interrupters
- Rewire central air conditioning condenser including raintight disconnect
- Rewire weather proof GFI outlet
- Rewire attic fan
- Rewire CATV jack
- Megger test all circuits and wiring to ensure safety in the event of concealed damage
- Filed application for inspection and obtain certificate of approval upon completion
