The work included rewiring after fire and water damage;
- The entire house was rewired in type MC cable.
- All work was done according to the New York City electrical codes.
- New circuits were installed as required for kitchen appliances, air conditioning, bathroom outlets.
- GFCI protection was installed.
- AFCI protection was installed.
- Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms, interconnected were installed throughout the house.
- A new 200 amp service was installed in compliance with NYC codes and Con Edison rules and regulations.
- LED hi hats were installed.
- LED dimmers and decora style plates were installed.
- Customer supplied decorative fixtures were installed throughout the house.
- Ceiling fan with speed controls were installed.
An application for inspection was submitted to the NYC building department, and a certificate of approval was obtained for the property owner.
